Service Terms
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, requesting an API key, submitting a business inquiry, or using an
AutoDealer.dev service, you agree to these Service Terms. You must be legally able to enter into a
binding agreement and, if acting for a company or dealership, authorized to bind that organization.
Accounts and API credentials
You are responsible for accurate account information, the confidentiality of passwords and API keys,
and all activity performed through your credentials. API keys may not be published, embedded in
public client-side code, transferred, resold, or shared outside your organization unless we approve
it in writing. Notify us promptly if credentials may have been compromised.
Permitted use
You may use the services to build and operate lawful automotive, dealership, inventory, and
vehicle-data experiences within the limits of your plan and documentation. You may not misuse the
services, evade quotas, probe or disrupt infrastructure, reverse engineer protected systems, scrape
data outside documented interfaces, introduce malicious code, violate another party’s rights,
or use data for unlawful discrimination, fraud, surveillance, or deceptive practices.
Your data and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for information, inventory, content, and instructions you submit. You
represent that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to provide and use that material. You are
responsible for your own customer notices, consents, accessibility obligations, advertising claims,
and compliance with automotive, privacy, marketing, consumer-protection, and other laws applicable
to your business.
Plans, trials, billing, and limits
Plan features, request allowances, trial periods, prices, and billing intervals are described when
you subscribe. Usage beyond a plan limit may be rejected, rate-limited, or require an upgraded plan.
Taxes and third-party charges are your responsibility. We may change plans or pricing prospectively
with reasonable notice when required by applicable law.
Vehicle and third-party data
Vehicle records may originate from manufacturers, data providers, public records, dealerships,
customers, and other sources. Records can be incomplete, delayed, changed, or inconsistent. You must
independently verify information used for pricing, safety, legal, lending, insurance, title, recall,
or purchasing decisions. Third-party products and websites remain subject to their own terms.
Availability and changes
We work to provide dependable services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We
may maintain, improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features to protect security, comply with
law, address provider changes, or improve the platform. Documentation and response structures may
evolve; material breaking changes will receive reasonable notice when practicable.
Ownership
AutoDealer.dev and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, documentation,
designs, trademarks, and service-generated materials, excluding content you own. Your access is a
limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services under these Terms.
Feedback may be used without restriction or payment, provided it does not identify confidential
customer information.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the services at any time, subject to outstanding obligations. We may suspend or
terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful conduct, material breach, abusive usage, or
conduct that threatens the platform or others. Provisions that logically should survive
termination—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity—will survive.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services and data are provided “as is” and
“as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. AutoDealer.dev will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or
business interruption. Our aggregate liability relating to the services will not exceed the amount
you paid AutoDealer.dev for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving
rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so portions of this section
may not apply to you.
Indemnity and general provisions
You agree to defend and indemnify AutoDealer.dev against third-party claims arising from your
content, unlawful use, customer-facing implementation, or material breach of these Terms. These
Terms, together with an applicable order or written agreement, are the entire agreement for the
services. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. You may not assign
the agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganization, financing, merger,
or sale of business.

Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including dealership or company name, contact name, email, phone
number, password credentials in protected form, plan selection, inquiry details, and account
communications. When you use the platform, we may collect API requests, key identifiers, usage
totals, timestamps, response status, IP address, device and browser information, session cookies,
security events, and diagnostic logs. If paid services are introduced, payment providers may return
tokens and transaction details; AutoDealer.dev does not request that raw card numbers or security
codes be entered into ordinary site forms.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, issue API credentials, provide requested services,
meter usage, administer trials and subscriptions, respond to inquiries, send operational messages,
diagnose failures, prevent abuse, improve documentation and products, enforce agreements, and comply
with law. We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics and service planning
where it cannot reasonably identify an individual.
Cookies and similar technology
We use cookies and comparable storage needed for authentication, session continuity, preferences,
security, and basic site operation. Browsers may allow you to remove or block cookies, but essential
account and administrative features may stop working.
How information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed to infrastructure, email, security, analytics, payment, professional,
and data-service providers that help operate AutoDealer.dev; to your organization’s authorized
users; when required by law or a valid legal process; to investigate fraud, abuse, or threats; or in
connection with a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets. We do not sell
personal information for money. Providers are expected to process information only for authorized
business purposes and subject to appropriate obligations.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and
security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention
varies by record type and context. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards
designed to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed
completely secure.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may update certain account details through available account tools or contact us to request
access, correction, or deletion. Depending on where you live and whether an applicable law covers
AutoDealer.dev, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain
a copy of personal information, and to appeal or complain to a regulator. We may verify your
identity and retain information where an exception applies. Operational and security messages are
part of the service; optional marketing messages will include an available opt-out method.
Children, international use, and external services
The services are designed for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If information is processed outside
your state, province, or country, privacy protections may differ. Links and integrations operated by
others are governed by their own privacy practices.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as services, practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date
will be revised when updates are published. If a change materially affects how previously collected
personal information is used, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
